From the human psychology behind a campaign to the architecture of a digital ecosystem or a circuit board, the approach is the same: analyse, structure, execute with creative discipline, then measure.
Why engineering after communication
Holding both ends
In a company, communicators look like hot-air merchants to the technicians, and technicians look narrow-minded to the communicators. Nobody respects the other, everyone decides without understanding the other side, and it costs money, efficiency and competitive advantage.
I chose the engineering degree to master the layer underneath, electronics and industrial computing, after learning how to make a project speak. The more different the subjects, the more you see the links between them, and the fewer blinkers you wear.

The starting point is always the why. Audience psychology and market analysis before any creative work, so that every action rests on solid thinking.

A strategy is nothing without its execution. From positioning to video, from visual identity to website, all the way to a complete app built alone.

The same discipline for a publishing schedule, a blood test or a campaign: measure, understand what moved, correct. Rigour and flow are the foundations of lasting creativity.

Théo Sans, Sans being the family name, is a French communicator and engineering student, from Port-Leucate and now based in Grenoble. A Communication graduate, top of his class at the Lycée Aristide Maillol in Perpignan, he is studying electrical and industrial computer engineering. He is the founder and sole developer of Helix Health, a health app with no AI model, and has run the Star Wars account @palpatine_offi for six years.
Who is behind the Instagram account @palpatine_offi?
Théo Sans. He created this Star Wars humour account centred on Palpatine and has run it alone for six years, on Instagram and TikTok: 25,000+ followers and over a million views. It is the only account shown on this site that belongs to him.
What is Helix Health?
A health app designed and developed alone by Théo Sans: a score that connects sleep, supplements, nutrition and biomarkers, with an in-house database, no AI model, data kept on the device, European hosting, free and ad-free. The site is helix-health.app, and its sourced biohacker blog is written by Théo.
